Our skin is rarely perfect. Most of us have some blemishes and small tags and cysts.
Sometimes we are not happy to keep these blemishes and would rather they were removed. Although most are "benign" and therefore harmless to our health, sometimes you will be advised to have a skin lesion removed as there is a risk of changing to a cancer in the future.
Please see our information on minor skin surgery for the types of procedures Dr Wernham can undertake to remove a lesion. In most cases, the consultant will review the lesion and advise you on the best procedure to remove the lesion and leave you with the best cosmetic outcome.
